Although the comprehensive yearbook of cities and counties hosted by the government of China is reliable, accurate, healthy in content, and authoritative, it has the following advantages. However, due to government-run reasons, they usually pay little attention to economic cost accounting and do not consider the needs of readers and social market economic information. Thus produced
