在大学足球教学中,常出现部分学生对足球课兴趣不高,学生们对学习足球基本技术动作感到枯燥无味,有的学生更是怕被太阳晒黑,怕衣服弄脏,腿部增粗,影响美观等。课堂学习热情不高,主动学习积极性不大,甚至有的学生应付了事,能拿到学分就可以。这样,保证不了课的质量和达到预期的教学效果。为此,本文着重从教师在教学过程中,如何合理安排教学内容与方法,采取多种形式诱导和激发学生对足球课的热情,培养他们的兴趣和爱好,从而提高足球课的教学质量,达到既掌握运动技能又增强学生体质的目的。
