China is a big manganese manufacture coun worldwide.In the manganese industry the energy consumption per unit production is high,and the production is easy to pollute environment.To meet the needs of products and new materials with high added value in the development of the national economy,it is necessary to conduct the research on key technologies for the production of manganese preparations with high added value and upgrade the technical level &manganese resources utilization and in-depth processing.It is also im-portant to protect manganese resources.
