1病例资料患者,男,61岁,体质量62 kg。2015年2月18日因“反复咳嗽、咳痰、气喘12余年,加重7 d”入院。患者于12年前出现咳嗽、咳白色黏痰及活动后气喘,冬春季好发,症状逐年加重,先后被诊断为慢性阻塞性肺疾病、Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭、肺性脑病等。间断使用硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂、海珠喘息定胶囊等药物维持治疗,症状可减轻。既往无药物过敏史,有酒精过敏史。入院体检:T 36.0℃,P 105次/min,R 30次/min,BP
