1979年7月,杭州市第二建筑公司承担了预应力钢筋混凝土变截面马鞍形壳板成套技术的现场生产工艺试验任务。试验项目选在杭州自行车厂食堂餐厅和电镀车间两项工程的屋盖上进行。预应力钢筋混凝土变截面马鞍形壳板(以下简称壳板)由浙江省建筑设计院设计,有四种规格,计123块。其中两块19.5×2.7米壳板由浙江大学土木系做了壳板在标准荷载下(375公斤/米~2)承受集中竖向荷载与水平荷载试验、壳板侧转16度与正放单侧受力等情况下的结构力学性
In July 1979, Hangzhou No. 2 Construction Co., Ltd. undertook the on-site production process test task of the prefabricated reinforced concrete variable-section saddle-shaped shell plating technology. The test project was selected to be carried out on the roof of two projects of the canteen restaurant and electroplating workshop of the Hangzhou Bicycle Factory. The pre-stressed reinforced concrete variable-section saddle-shaped shell plates (hereinafter referred to as shell plates) are designed by Zhejiang Architectural Design Institute and have four specifications, accounting for 123 pieces. Two of the 19.5×2.7m shell plates were subjected to concentrated vertical load and horizontal load tests under the standard load (375 kg/m2) from the Civil Engineering Department of Zhejiang University. The shell plates were rotated 16 degrees to the side. Structural mechanical properties such as lateral forces
