我国的县档案馆自1958年诞生以来,已有二十五个年头。它经历了曲折的发展道路,也显示了坚强的生命力。党的十一届三中全会以来,随着档案工作的不断发展,各地县档案馆也出现了许许多多的新情况,新问题。县档案馆的性质到底是什么?它的重要任务有几项?它应向哪个方向发展?馆内业务建设要搞些什么?编研工作如何开展?深入地研究和探讨这些问题,把实践中提出的问题通过学术讨论上升到理论,再把这些理论运用到县档案馆的工作实践中去,就成了各地档案工作者的迫切要求和殷切期望。正因为如此,中国档案学会和四川省档案学会最近在成都联合召开的县档案
