党员是党的细胞,是“三个代表”重要思想的基本载体,只有文大党员具备先进性,才能把“三个代表”的要求化作自己的具体行动,党的战斗力和凝聚力才有根本保证。从我们分局近年来党员队伍状况看,“九五”期间,党员队伍不断壮大,已从“九五”初期的5964名,增加到“九五”末期的6975名,增幅为17%。其中在职党员从4856名增加到5662名,增幅为16.6%。如何在新形势下进一步加强党员管理教育,努力提高党员的综合素质,增强党性原则,保持先进性,是近年来分局党委着力解决的问题。一、以科技文化教育为先导,努力增强党员的自身素养加强学习是保持党员先进性的根本途径,针对当前党员思想观念
