目的分析社会因素剖宫产的原因并探讨其对策,以达到降低社会因素剖宫产率的目的。方法对2009年9～11月对本院社会因素剖宫产223例的原因进行回顾性分析。结果担心胎儿安全、选择时间剖宫产、怕痛、医生回避医疗纠纷放宽剖宫产指征、对阴道分娩信心不足等是社会因素剖宫产的主要原因。结论必须重视社会因素对剖宫产率的影响,针对不同原因采取必要的干预措施降低社会因素剖宫产率。
Objective To analyze the causes of cesarean section with social factors and to explore its countermeasures in order to reduce the cesarean section rate of social factors. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the causes of cesarean section in our hospital from September to November in 2009. Results Fetal safety, time cesarean selection, fear of pain, doctors to avoid medical disputes to ease the indications for cesarean section, lack of confidence in vaginal delivery is the main reason for cesarean section of social factors. Conclusion The importance of social factors on the rate of cesarean section must be emphasized. For different reasons, the necessary intervention measures should be taken to reduce the cesarean section rate of social factors.
