患者陈××女,35岁,本县农民,因张口受限4年余,来我科求治。现病史:患者1984年6月因上颌后磨牙区不明原因的疼痛,继发生双面颊部肿胀,极度张口受限,伴有畏寒发烧等全身症状。经当地卫生院以抗炎治疗,大剂量青霉素静脉给药1周后,面颊部肿胀消退,疼痛缓解。诊断:发病原因不明,但张口困难仍未完全解除,随着时间推移,张口受限越发严重,影响进食,仅能塞进
