烟草专卖体制是改革开放的产物。1984年1月,福建省烟草公司正式成立。十年来,福建烟草公司已成为集全省烟草农工商、内外贸、人财物于一体的大型企业。省局(公司)下辖9个地(市)专卖局(分公司)、61个县(市)专卖局(公司)、5家烟厂和中美合资华美卷烟有限公司,并先后成立物资公司、教育培训中心、质量监测站以及一批配套的联营企业。全省卷烟商业机构健全,除70个分县公司外,建
The tobacco monopoly system is the product of reform and opening up. In January 1984, the Fujian Tobacco Company was formally established.
