节距测量法是测量大尺寸工件(如机床导轨、机床工作台面、平尺、平板等)直线度和平面度的主要方法,在生产中有广泛的应用。其特征是将被测表面划分为等距的若干段,用仪器逐段测量,然后通过数据处理进行综合,以求出全表面的几何形状误差。本文用误差理论分析几种主要测量方法的精度,加以比较,可作为选择测量方法的依据。并可对测量结果的可靠程度作出科学评估。
