以当前的就业环境来看,就业难已然成为整个社会的重点关注问题,其中高职生想要在如此艰难的就业环境中有所突破就必须在校期间对自身就业能力进行有效培养和提高,才能在未来的竞争中有更大的竞争力。因此高职类院校在对高职生进行就业能力培养的过程中要坚持以实践为核心,借助实践环境开展就业意识、就业能力的培养等相关工作。本文结合实践与就业能力培养进行相关探索。
