气相色谱法分析叔丁基二茂铁中各组分含量的方法已有报道,所见者多以归一化法进行定量分析,但该法只适用于样品中各组分易于分离并都有色谱峰时方可,否则该法就不能给出准确的含量。为此本文试图采用内标法测定叔丁基二茂铁各组分的绝对含量,建立一种可靠的分析方法。本文在最佳色谱操作条件下,测定各组分的相对重要校正因子,并筛选较合适的内标物。实验表明乙基二茂铁为内标,可得较佳的分析结果。
Gas chromatography analysis of the content of each component in t-butyl ferrocene has been reported, and most of those seen by the normalization method for quantitative analysis, but the method is only applicable to the sample in each component is easy to separate and have Chromatogram peak may, otherwise the law can not give the exact content. Therefore, this paper attempts to use internal standard method to determine the absolute content of each component of t-butylferrocene, to establish a reliable analytical method. In this paper, the best chromatographic operating conditions, the determination of the relative importance of each component of the correction factor, and screening more suitable internal standard. Experiments show that ethyl ferrocene as an internal standard, can give better analysis results.
