介绍了梅钢4号烧结机(400 m2,环冷机460 m2)配套余热锅炉系统的构成和投运情况。针对其运行过程中出现的一些问题,包括工况波动、烟气循环系统设计不合理、环冷系统密封差温降大、设备故障多等,通过一系列工艺调整和设备改造,使之得到了改善,系统产汽量由22~28 t/h提高到35~42t/h,为企业节能减排做出了贡献。 The structure and operation of the waste heat boiler system of No.4 sinter for Meishan Steel (400 m2, 460 m2) were introduced.
