《考试说明》要求学生能理解生物学中常用图、表等表达形式的意义,会用多种表达形式准确地描述一些生物学现象。 1.影响酶活性因素方面 影响酶活性的因素通常有温度和pH。过酸、过碱或高温都会破坏酶的分子结构而使酶失去活性。低温虽然使酶的活性明显降低,但是酶的分子结构并没有受到破坏,酶的活性在适宜的温度下仍然可以得到恢复。
