本文对JS32喷砂硬度机进行了两种改造。手动改造谐调送气和喷砂在一个过程中完成,方便了操作。程控改造利用PC机的编程控制功能完成喷砂硬度机的复杂逻辑控制,简化复杂的电器控制系统,提高了系统的稳定性和工作效率。
In this paper, JS32 sandblasting machine made two modifications. Manually reconcile the harmonization of gas and sandblasting in a process to complete, to facilitate the operation. Program-controlled transformation PC programming control function to complete the sandblasting hardness of the complex logic control, simplify complex electrical control system and improve system stability and work efficiency.
