近年来,随着农业结构的调整,我市自1998年以来,杏树面积不断增加,截止目前已发展到666.7公顷,其中凯特杏133.3公顷,主要定植在邹城、泗水、曲阜、嘉祥等县市区。凯特杏易成花,自花座果率高,极丰产,栽后当年成花,第二年开花株率与座果株率均100%,平均株产3.5kg;第四年平均株产26.7kg,最高株产39.8kg,第五年666.7m2产达到2500kg。凯特杏果大、质优,平均单果重100g,最大 200g,味酸甜爽口,口感醇正,芳香味浓,可溶性固形物13.1%。抗晚霜危害,2001年春在任城区黄楼果园调查,在零下7℃的气温下,红荷包杏花全部冻坏,而凯特杏未受冻害。现将配套技术总结如下:
