我国经济体制改革已经进入攻坚阶段。但是,为什么要改革?改革什么?如何改革?我觉得人们还没有作出系统回答,还缺乏理论上的支持。说改革是为了发展生产力、繁荣社会主义经济,这是目的而不是原因。为什么改革?原因就是原有的体制弊病甚多,不改就没有出路。不搞清原有体制到底有什么弊病,就不会增强改革的紧迫感。原来苏联的那一
China’s economic restructuring has entered a crucial stage. However, why reform? What is reform? How to reform? I think people have not yet made a systematic answer, but also the lack of theoretical support.
