在翻译生态学下,法律翻译是译者适应法律翻译生态环境的选择活动,法律翻译生态环境是一个复杂的综合体,体内各因素错综复杂。在法律翻译中,译者要站在整个法律翻译生态环境的高度,从语言维、交际维、文化维等方面综合权衡,在“适应性选择”和“选择性适应”中不断转换,力求创造出“整合适应度”最高的译文。本文介绍了翻译生态学,并以此为理论指导,分析了法律术语翻译的实例,以期从新的角度对法律术语的翻译提供建
Under translation ecology, legal translation is the translator’s choice activity to adapt to the legal environment of legal translation.
