为查明潍坊市流行性出血热(EHF)传染源或宿主动物,确定流行类型。应用间接免疫荧光技术(IFAT)对潍坊市鼠类、家庭饲养的家兔和鸡进行了调查。共检测鼠肺标本2931份,流行性出生热病毒(EHFV)抗原阳性45份,阳性率为1.54%。带毒鼠种为褐家鼠、黑线姬鼠、小家鼠和大仓鼠,带毒率分别为2.57%,1.09%,0.28%,0.59%;检测某学院实验大白鼠肺164份,EHFV抗原阳性24份,阳性率为14.63%;检测家兔血清80份,EHFV抗体阳性1份,阳性率为12.5%,初步证实潍坊市EHF传染源为褐家鼠、黑线姬鼠、小家鼠和大仓鼠。其流行类型为家野鼠混合型。南部以野鼠型为主,中部、东部、西部和北部以家鼠型为主,并有实验动物型存在。
To identify Weifang City epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) infection source or host animal, determine the type of epidemic. Indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFAT) was used to investigate the domesticated rabbits and chickens in Weifang. A total of 2931 rat lung samples were detected, 45 were positive for Epidemic Fever Virus (EHFV), and the positive rate was 1.54%. The infected mice were Rattus norvegicus, Apodemus agrarius, Mus musculus and hamster with the rates of 2.57%, 1.09%, 0.28% and 0.59%, respectively. 164 of rat lungs, 24 positive for EHFV antigen, the positive rate was 14.63%; 80 serum samples from rabbits were detected and 1 positive for EHFV antibody, the positive rate was 12.5%. It was initially confirmed that the source of EHF in Weifang City was brown House mouse, Apodemus agrarius, Mus musculus and hamster. The popular type of home wild mouse mixed type. The southern part is dominated by the wild mouse type, while the central part, the eastern part, the western part and the northern part are dominated by domestic mouse type and the experimental animal type exists.
