随着越来越多的女性进入工作场所和成为领导者,女性领导者的领导风格及其领导效能引起了广泛的关注。学者开展了大量性别视角下两性领导风格的实证研究。本研究对已有实证研究的主要观点及研究结论进行了梳理,一方面阐明这一研究主题的发展过程及具有代表性的研究结论;另一方面洞悉了性别角色对领导风格的影响如何随着时代发展而动态变迁。最后,指出了现有研究的不足和未来研究的方向。
As more and more women enter the workplace and become leaders, the leadership style of female leaders and their leadership effectiveness have drawn wide attention. Scholars carried out a large number of gender perspective of the empirical study of gender style. This study sorts out the main points and conclusions of the existing empirical research. On the one hand, it clarifies the development process of the research topic and the representative research conclusions. On the other hand, it examines how the impact of gender roles on leadership style follows The development of the times changes dynamically. Finally, it points out the shortcomings of the existing research and the direction of future research.
