R&D是科技创新活动的核心部分,是衡量一个国家和地区科技创新系统是否有效的重要指标。文章分别从R&D的投入强度、经费来源渠道和经费的配置结构等几个方面分析了南宁的科技创新投资渠道。通过分析发现,南宁在科技创新投资活动中存在着如R&D经费投入强度较低、经费来源主体较为单一、经费配置结构不合理以及管理机制不够完善等问题,最后有针对性地给出了应对措施。
R & D is a core part of science and technology innovation activities and an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of science and technology innovation system in a country and region. The article analyzes the Nanning investment channel of science and technology innovation from several aspects such as the investment intensity of R & D, the sources of funding sources and the allocation of funds. Through the analysis, it is found that there are such problems as the low investment intensity of R & D funds, the single main source of funding, the unreasonable allocation of funds structure and the imperfect management mechanism in the investment in science and technology innovation. At last, some countermeasures are given .
