一、全区农业综合开发贷款运用的一般情况“八五”期间,全区累计发放农业综合开发贷款1.69亿元,累计支持了116个开发项目。其中国有农业企业4670万元,村、乡镇、县办企业8039万元,集团合资企业1839万元,农户(私营)企业2352万元。新增产值2.3亿元,新增利税5850万元,出口创汇1600万美元。1995年末,农业综合开发贷款余额达15328万元,比1990年末增加11706万元,“八五”期间平均年递增速度为33.5%。
I. General Situation of Agricultural Comprehensive Development Loans in the Region During the “85” period, a total of 169 million yuan of comprehensive agricultural development loans were distributed in the region, accumulatively supporting 116 development projects. China has 46.7 million yuan of agricultural enterprises, 80.39 million yuan of enterprises in villages, towns and counties, 18.39 million yuan of joint ventures and 23.52 million yuan of farmers (privately owned) enterprises. New output value 230 million yuan, profit tax 58.5 million yuan, export 16 million U.S. dollars. At the end of 1995, the balance of agricultural comprehensive development loans reached 153.28 million yuan, an increase of 117.76 million yuan over that at the end of 1990. The average annual growth rate during the “1985” period was 33.5%.
