针对整流装置运行环境恶劣、故障率高和维护困难的特点,开发了一种远程监控与故障诊断系统。该系统由客户端和服务器组成,客户端负责采集数据、下达指令;服务器软件采用组态方式开发,实现整流装置的在线监控、故障诊断报警、数据综合管理等。服务器与客户机之间采用Socket编程进行远程通信,并在数据传输中定义心跳包,用于检测通信状态,以保证通信和数据传输的正常。
Aiming at the harsh operating environment, high failure rate and maintenance difficulties of rectifier, a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system was developed. The system consists of a client and a server. The client is responsible for collecting data and issuing instructions. The server software is developed by means of configuration to realize on-line monitoring, fault diagnosis and alarm and data comprehensive management of the rectifier. Socket programming between server and client is used for remote communication, and the heartbeat packet is defined in data transmission, which is used to detect the communication status and ensure the normal communication and data transmission.
