现将国家统计局规定的经济效益指数计算方法摘刊如下,供研究. 综合经济效益指数,是把不同的经济效益指标用数学方法计算成的一个经济指标.计算综合经济效益指数,首先是确定基准值,然后把报告期的每一个指标的实际数值与该指标的基准数值比较,计算多个指标的指数值,再把这些指数值加权平均,即为综合经济效益指数.用综合经济效益指数计算增长速度和检查计划执行情况,计算方法如下:
