间断型平衡与双元型平衡是两种截然不同的组织学习平衡模式,现有关于联盟成员在联盟这种网络组织情境下应该选择哪种平衡模式的研究没能得出一致的结论,因而无法有效指导企业实践。本文基于对17篇代表性实证研究文献的回顾,对组织学习间断型与双元型平衡模式在联盟情境下的选择、绩效影响及实现途径的研究现状进行了述评,并认为未来应该在辩证理解联盟这种网络组织不同特征维度对企业行为和绩效双重影响的基础上,从多维度、权变、动态的视角进一步考察联盟成员组织学习平衡模式的选择问题;最后对未来相关研究进行了展望。
Discontinuous balance and bimodal balance are two completely different models of organizational learning. The existing researches on which balance mode should be chosen by alliance members in the context of the network organization such as the coalition did not reach the same conclusion Effective guidance of business practices. Finally, the future related research is prospected.
