教师执教能力涵盖了教师在教育教学活动中所有的教育方法、技巧和能力。为期两年的鹿城区第四期小学数学名师骨干班从教师成长规律和实际需求出发,以学员为主体,以生本课堂为研修主渠道,策划一系列指向执教能力的模块研修,形成了“三方需求,目标引领;三个维度,项目策划;三大模块,课程设置;分类干预,策略跟进;回顾总结,绩效彰显”的立体化研修模式,着力打造学员向“学习型、研究型、智慧型”教师转型。期间,学员71%获省、市级荣誉称号,
