根据“国务院关于改进工业管理体制的規定”和我省具体隋况,本会决定将省属32个工矿企业体制下放,这些下放的工矿企业和具休接管单位是重工业系統的江西度量衡器厂、第一磚瓦厂和第二磚瓦厂交給南昌市人民委員会管理,樟树电厂交給清江县人民委員会管理,贛州变电所和赣州机器厂交給赣州市人民委員会管理,上饒电厂交給上饒市人民委員会管理,鷹潭电厂交給貴溪县人民委員会管理,董家山煤矿交給婺源县人民委員会管理,景德鎮电厂交給景德鎮市人民委員会管理,吉安电厂和吉安樟脑厂交給吉安市人民委員会管理,輕工业系統的新甡紡織厂、江西制药厂、江西印刷公司、江西国药厂、江西火柴厂、江西玻璃厂、江西化工厂、江西油脂厂、江西卷煙厂和筹建的江西罐头厂、南昌啤酒厂交給南昌市人民委員会管理,兴中紡織厂、九江瓷厂和筹建的九江油脂厂交給九江市人民委員会管理,贛州造紙厂交給贛州市人民委員会管理,江西第一糖厂交給贛南行署管理,萍乡瓷厂交給南昌专署管理,景德鎮瓷厂和筹建的隧道瓷厂、高級美术瓷厂交給景德鎮市人民委員会管理。有关具体移交工作,由重工业厅和輕工业厅分别同有关专,县市联系办理。
