《房屋登记办法》(以下简称《办法》)最近公布,并将于今年7月1日起实施。相比《城市房屋权属登记管理办法》(1997年建设部57号令颁布,2001年修订),《房屋登记办法》完善了不少,主要是为了适应新的房地产业形势、公民物权保护和登记机关办公电子化等方面的需要作了比较大的调整,亮点颇多。
The Housing Registration Measures (hereinafter referred to as the Measures) were announced recently and will come into force on July 1 this year. Compared with the Measures for the Administration of Urban Housing Ownership Registration (promulgated by Decree No. 57 of the Ministry of Construction in 1997 and revised in 2001), the “Measures for the Registration of Houses” have been improved a lot, mainly for the purpose of adapting to the new real estate situation, the protection of citizens’ property rights and Registration authority office electronic and other needs made a relatively large adjustment, a lot of bright spots.
