一、什么是经济发展通常人们习惯于把经济增长与经济发展混为一谈,其实,这两个概念既有联系,又有区别。所谓经济增长就是指国民财富的增加,国民财富通常以国民收入指标来衡量。由此,经济增长也就表现为国民收入的增加,通常用国民生产总值(GNP)或国内生产总值(GDP)在一定时期(比如一年)的增长率来表示。对经济增长问题的研究通常是一种总量的分析,一国的国民收入如何增长是经济增长理论或增长经济学研究的内容,它既适合于发达国家,也适合于发展中国家。
