本研究通过多方案试验计划完成了 3种传统聚氨酯胶黏剂和1种硅烷改性聚氨酯胶黏剂的环境特性研究,验证了挥发性有机化合物在常温和高温的释放量和释放速率.根据研究成果和产品现状,提出低排放、低总量、高释放率的胶黏剂环境性能综合评价方法.由于研究重点的不同,评价方法和结果也不尽相同.在4种胶黏剂中,聚氨酯胶黏剂PU2的综合环保性能最好.该方法的提出和应用对胶黏剂环境性能的综合评价具有重要的指导意义.“,”The environmental characteristics research of three traditional polyurethane adhesives and one silane modified polyurethane adhesive was accomplished by multi-scheme testing plan,during which the emission of vola-tile organic compounds at room temperature,high temperature,total amount and release rate were verified.Based on the research results and the current situation of the products,a comprehensive evaluation method was proposed for the environmental performance of adhesives with low emission,low total quantity and high release rate.The methods and evaluation results are different due to the different focus.Among the four adhesives,polyurethane adhesive PU2 had the best comprehensive environmental performance.The proposed and application of this method provided an important guiding significance for the comprehensive evaluation of the environmental performance of adhesives.
