从石料兰病株中获得一个病毒分离物,利用曼陀罗进行分离纯化和繁殖.并通过梯度离心获得提纯病毒,经生物学、血清学鉴定及电镜观察,鉴定该分离物属于建兰花叶病毒(CyMV)。分别用纯化病毒及SDS-PAGE回收病毒外壳蛋白免疫家兔,获得2种特异性抗血清,并用SPA-ELISA方法对兰花样品进行了检测研究。
A virus isolate was obtained from Staphylococcus aureus strains and was isolated, purified and propagated using Datura stramonium. The purified virus was obtained by gradient centrifugation. The isolate was identified as CyMV by biological, serological and electron microscope observation. Rabbits were immunized with purified virus and SDS-PAGE respectively to obtain two kinds of specific antisera. The orchid samples were detected by SPA-ELISA.
