用中药明目增视Ⅰ号对家兔进行体外平滑肌解痉实验研究。结果表明，明目增视Ⅰ号可明显减弱正常状态的平滑肌收缩幅度和频率；并能对抗乙酰胆碱而致的病理性平滑肌痉挛，使处于兴奋状态的平滑肌收缩频率频幅正常。认为明目增视Ⅰ号治疗青少年近视眼的机理主要为解除睫壮肌痉挛，达到矫正近视，提高视力的作用。
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON VASCULAR SMOOTH MUSCULAR STIMULATION IN RABBITS WITH CHINESE MEDICINE.
