我国社会正处于一个新的转型期,而信息技术也将会逐渐成为我国经济不断进行发展的一个动力,并且信息的各方面的资源,也将会逐渐的成为我国发展的一个具有全新战略的资源。因此,本文也就主要对我国档案信息化建设进行了深入的分析和研究,对档案信息化管理的内涵以及实际情况的基础进行分析的同时,也分别从档案管理现代化的理念与信息化安全的防范的措施等多个方面,且提出了我国档案信息化建设一个非常重要的策略。
