随着全国农村中央广播电视无线覆盖工程的建设实施,以及地面数字电视无线覆盖工程的全面展开,无线电视频道资源紧缺的矛盾日益突出,已成为严重制约无线电视广播发展的瓶颈,采用先进的电视覆盖技术手段实现高效配置频道资源,抑制电视同频干扰,降低电视同频道保护率和最低可用场强,优化无线电视覆盖的组网格局.提高无线电视广播的有效覆盖率。我国电视精密同步广播技术的研究,已完成从理论研究,技术开发,系统参数确定,现场开路试验,直至关键设备的生产制造等全部工作,并形成了一系列具有我国自主知识产权的专利技术,为实现高效无线覆盖规划,突破频道资源瓶颈,其定了全新的技术基础。 With the construction and implementation of the national rural radio and television coverage of radio and television and the full coverage of terrestrial digital TV coverage, the contradiction between the scarcity of resources of radio and television channels has become increasingly prominent.
