随着全国农村中央广播电视无线覆盖工程的建设实施,以及地面数字电视无线覆盖工程的全面展开,无线电视频道资源紧缺的矛盾日益突出,已成为严重制约无线电视广播发展的瓶颈,采用先进的电视覆盖技术手段实现高效配置频道资源,抑制电视同频干扰,降低电视同频道保护率和最低可用场强,优化无线电视覆盖的组网格局.提高无线电视广播的有效覆盖率。我国电视精密同步广播技术的研究,已完成从理论研究,技术开发,系统参数确定,现场开路试验,直至关键设备的生产制造等全部工作,并形成了一系列具有我国自主知识产权的专利技术,为实现高效无线覆盖规划,突破频道资源瓶颈,其定了全新的技术基础。
