目的:研究干热环境对野外作业工人健康的影响。方法:通过对抽样人群的调查,研究干热环境野外油田作业人群常见病及其神经行为、生理机能和血流动力学、免疫学指标、体内微量元素和血清SOD、MAD等指标的变化。结果:与对照组比较野外作业人群神经行为组合测试有明显异常改变;体内钠、钾、钙、镁和铁等元素丢失增加;外周循环量和组织间液容量明显增加,微循环的自律运动加强。结论:干热环境对野外作业人群健康已产生不良影响,虽然大多数野外作业人群已逐渐达到热习服,但定期健康监测和采取适当的保健措施是十分必要的。
Objective: To study the effects of dry and hot environment on the health of field workers. Methods: Based on the investigation of sampling population, the common diseases, neurobehavioral, physiological and hemodynamics, immunological parameters, trace elements in serum and serum SOD, MAD and other indexes of field workers in dry and hot field were studied. Results: Compared with the control group, the neurobehavioral combination test showed significant abnormal changes in the field work group; the loss of sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron in the body increased; the peripheral circulation volume and interstitial fluid volume increased significantly, and microcirculation self-discipline movement strengthened . Conclusion: The dry and hot environment has a negative impact on the health of field workers. Although most of the field workers have gradually reached the level of heat intake, regular health monitoring and appropriate health care measures are necessary.
