文章运用问卷调查、调查访问以及文献资料等研究方法,对当前普通高校大学生接受小、中学体育教育情况及他们对大学武术选项课的看法建议进行了全面的调查及分析研究,并以素质教育观和武术特有的功能为理论基础,以“健康第一”“、终身体育”“、个性教育”“、全面发展”为指导思想,对当前高校武术选项课的教学内容体系进行了构建。
By using the research methods such as questionnaire survey, interview and literature review, the article conducts a comprehensive investigation and analysis on the current college students’ acceptance of physical education in small and middle schools as well as their opinions on college martial arts elective courses. With quality education And the unique function of Wushu as the theoretical basis, the teaching content system of the Wushu elective course in colleges and universities has been constructed with the guiding ideology of “health first”, “lifelong sports”, “personality education” and “all-round development”.
