目的:探究有效提高中药颗粒喷雾干燥制粒生产效率的方法。方法:对于影响提高中药颗粒喷雾干燥制粒生产效率的各个因素进行交叉性的试验,探究在具体的生产中补集袋固定构造和方法、药液过滤对于生产的具体的影响。结果:通过探究具体的生产中补集袋固定构造和方法、药液过滤等等具体的方法对于中药颗粒喷雾干燥制粒生产效率的影响,科学的通过药液处理、增加固定架、更改补集袋固定构造方法,得出了有效提高中药颗粒喷雾干燥制粒生产效率的方法。结论:通过正交试验,科学的通过药液处理、增加固定架、更改补集袋固定构造方法,可以有效色提高中药颗粒喷雾干燥制粒生产效率,使的相关设备得到充分的利用,有效优化制备工艺,值得在实际的生产中推广。
