堵车,虽已习以为常,但它给人们的工作、生活带来的影响与诸多不便,越来越频繁地见诸报端。堵车的原因也越来越多样化:突发事故、路桥维护、临时限行等等。引用清华大学交通研究所所长、公安部、住建部“畅通工程”专家组副组长陆化普的话来说,现在中国像北京这样的城市,整个路脆弱到有一点外因,就可能导致较大范围的拥堵。以前是偶尔堵一堵,现在却是中秋堵一堵,小雪堵一堵,小雨堵一堵,如果随着机动车进一步迅速增加,就可能周末堵一堵,再发展一下,就会天天堵一堵,像北京这样的堵车,才算是刚刚开始……本期,我们继续来倾听驾驶员们的声音,堵车时,他们都在做什么?面对堵车,他们又有哪些应对办法呢?
