以素花党参为试材,采用田间试验法,研究了控制地上部生长对党参光合特性及产质量的影响。结果表明:党参进入初花期,茎蔓长度控制在10cm左右,党参叶片光合速率最强,为11.82CO2μmol·m-2·s-1;块根平均鲜根直径最大,为1.74cm;单根鲜样质量、单根干样质量最大,分别为28.50、7.13g;3m2鲜根和干根产量最高,分别为4 845.0、1 212.1g,667m2产值13 890元,块根品质符合国家药典要求。
Codonopsis pilosula as test material, the field experiment was used to study the effects of aboveground growth on the photosynthetic characteristics and yield and quality of Codonopsis pilosula. The results showed that the stem diameter of Codonopsis pilosula was about 10cm, the leaf photosynthetic rate of Codonopsis pilosula was the strongest, which was 11.82CO2μmol · m-2 · s-1. The average fresh root diameter of root tuber was 1.74cm. The quality of single root sample was the highest (28.50 and 7.13 g respectively). The yield of fresh roots and dry roots of 3m2 was the highest, which were 4845.0 and 11212g respectively, and the output value of 667m2 was 1390yuan. The quality of root tuber roots accorded with the national pharmacopoeia requirements.
