本文研究的重点在于企业导入零缺陷管理背景下如何进行组织变革的研究。文章首先对导入零缺陷管理与实施组织变革之间的相关性进行了分析,在此基础之上,借鉴其他企业组织变革的成功经验,从战略变革、组织结构变革、人员观念变革、企业文化变革和组织变革管理等五个方面,提供了企业在导入新的管理理念或管理模式背景下进行组织变革的思路,并从中获得有益的经验和教训。同时,亦可以为中小企业进行零缺陷管理实践提供借鉴。
The emphasis of this paper is how to study the organizational change under the background of zero defect management. The article first analyzes the correlation between the introduction of zero defect management and the implementation of organizational change. Based on this, drawing lessons from the successful experience of other organizational transformations, from strategic change, organizational structure change, personnel concept change, corporate culture change And organizational change management and other five aspects, providing enterprises in the introduction of new management concepts or management model of organizational change ideas and get useful experience and lessons learned. At the same time, it can also provide reference for the practice of zero defect management in small and medium-sized enterprises.
