目前,砌体结构的房屋,在村镇建筑中,已逐步占据主导地位,传统土木等结构的房屋将逐渐减少。 砌体结构房屋,是我国应用较广的房屋建筑,它具有造价低廉、施工简易、材料易解决等有利条件。但是在地震区则震害严重。为此,我国通常采取限制砌体结构房屋的高度和层数的办法,对地震区的砌体结构,常采用配置钢筋的方法来提高其延性和强度,如在内外墙交接、外墙转角、楼梯间的四角处等砌体内加设水平拉结钢筋或构造柱等措施。配筋的砌体结构房屋具有较强的抗震能力。
