为了改善应用热催化原理对煤矿瓦斯体积分数进行检测存在的精度不高和易老化的问题,依据红外探测原理,利用处理器C8051F020和红外瓦斯传感器MH-440V设计了一款便携式矿用瓦斯探测仪,当被检测到的瓦斯体积分数超过预设的安全值时就会发出声光报警,提醒工作人员及时撤离并采取有效的通风措施。实验表明,该瓦斯检测仪精度高、速度快、使用方便,矿井工作人员可随身携带,为煤矿的安全生产提供可靠保障。
In order to improve the application of thermocatalytic principle to detecting the gas volume fraction of coal mine, the problem of low accuracy and easy aging is analyzed. A portable mine gas detector is designed based on infrared detection principle and processor C8051F020 and infrared gas sensor MH-440V , When the detected gas volume fraction exceeds the preset safety value will sound and light alarm, remind staff to promptly evacuated and take effective ventilation measures. Experiments show that the gas detector with high precision, fast speed, easy to use, mine staff can carry, providing a reliable guarantee for the safety of coal mines.
