一、技工院校毕业生就业现状2010年以来许昌技师学院毕业生就业情况呈现以下三个特点:1.从就业成功率来看:就业率基本维持在95.3%以上;毕业生的就业稳定率保持在75.9%左右,专业对口就业情况高达86.6%。这一特征说明:一方面,我院在专业设置上,针对就业市场需求开设“适销对路”的专业,培养出的人才符合社会
