就国内外基于遥感数据的冬小麦长势监测和变量施肥技术的研究与应用作了阐述,提出了快速、无损农业测试技术将是精准变量农业和数字农业今后发展的方向,对冬小麦长势监测以及精准变量施肥技术的研究进展作了较系统的调查研究,指出根据冬小麦冠层光谱指数与氮素含量、叶色值与叶绿素含量及氮素水平之间的统计关系来进行动态施肥是今后变量施肥的发展方向。并结合中国国情提出了发展精准农业变量施肥技术所面临的困难和出路。
