目的了解连云港市企业接触职业危害人群血压现状,为高血压病综合防治措施的制定提供科学依据。方法对2009年接触职业危害的2 274名工人进行血压测量。采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果高血压前期检出率为49.52%,男性(52.68%)高于女性(36.55%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),高血压前期检出率随着年龄增长而降低;高血压检出率为26.43%,男性(29.27%)高于女性(14.80%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),高血压检出率随着年龄的增长而升高。接触不同职业危害因素人员高血压检出率与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义[噪声组(37.36%)和复合因素组(28.61%)(P<0.01),粉尘组(23.55%)和毒物组(22.47%)(P<0.05)]。结论企业接触职业危害因素人群高血压前期和高血压检出率较高,并与年龄、性别、接触有害因素类别有关。
Objective To understand the current situation of blood pressure among occupational hazards in Lianyungang City and provide a scientific basis for the establishment of comprehensive prevention and control measures for hypertension. Methods Blood pressure was measured in 2,274 workers exposed to occupational hazards in 2009. SPSS 13.0 software for statistical analysis. Results The detection rate of prehypertension was 49.52%, while that of males (52.68%) was higher than that of females (36.55%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The detection rate of prehypertension decreased with age; The detection rate was 26.43%, male (29.27%) was higher than female (14.80%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The detection rate of hypertension increased with age. Compared with the control group, the detection rate of hypertension in workers exposed to different occupational hazards was significantly higher than that in the control group [noise group (37.36%) and composite factor group (28.61%), dust group (23.55% And poison group (22.47%) (P <0.05)]. Conclusion There is a high prevalence of prehypertension and hypertension in enterprises exposed to occupational hazards and related to age, gender and exposure to harmful factors.
