石油企业成本预算管理的实施是适应市场经济蓬勃发展的必然趋势,同时也是提升企业经济效益的重要手段。当前,我国石油企业中成本预算管理取得了一定的成就,但是其成本预算管理现状中存在的不足仍然严重阻碍了石油企业的发展,本文针对石油企业中成本预算管理的现状进行了分析,最后提出了几点解决措施,以期能与同行人士共勉。
The implementation of the cost budget management of oil enterprises is an inevitable trend of adapting to the vigorous development of the market economy and an important means of enhancing the economic efficiency of enterprises. At present, some achievements have been made in the medium-cost budget management of petroleum enterprises in our country, but the deficiencies in the status quo of the cost-budget management still seriously impede the development of petroleum enterprises. This article analyzes the current situation of the cost-budget management in petroleum enterprises and finally puts forward A few solutions, with a view to mutual encouragement with colleagues.
