一、前言为了对手持振动工具导致的振动病研究工作提供可靠的振动物理参数,研究一套适合我国目前状况的简易可靠的现场手持风动工具振动测量技术和数据分析方法是必要的。从1980年6月起,我们对此进行了较为全面的探索,并且基本解决了有关测量技术中机械式滤波器的研制、传感器固定装置等难题,实现了现场应用三轴向同步振动数据采集及实验室回放分析系统;提出了较为可行的模拟指示系统(指针式显示器)数据“读值法”;并用实时分析方法进行了验证。笔者还实践了手持工具振动信号的其它一些分析方法的处理。
I. INTRODUCTION In order to provide reliable vibrational physical parameters for the research on vibrational diseases caused by hand-held vibration tools, it is necessary to study a set of simple and reliable vibration measurement techniques and data analysis methods suitable for the current situation in our country. Since June 1980, we have conducted a more comprehensive exploration and basically solved the problems related to the development of mechanical filters, sensor fixtures and other problems in measurement technology, and realized the application of three-axis synchronous vibration data acquisition Laboratory playback analysis system; put forward a more feasible analog indicator system (pointer display) data “reading method”; and real-time analysis method was verified. I also practice the vibration signal processing tools some of the other analysis methods.
