本文介绍了一种以微机为主要支持的运动参数测量方法,它由数字式位移传感器输入信息,不经A/D转换直接处理为速度值及加速度值。在一定条件下,其测量精度可达10~(-3)(指的是系统相对误差),直线运动分辨率可达10~(-6)米,园周运动精度可高于10~(-4)弧度,对测量对象也有较广的适应性,是适合于高精度、高分辨率测量时采用的一种方法。
This paper introduces a kind of movement parameter measurement method mainly supported by microcomputer, which inputs the information by the digital displacement sensor and directly processes the speed value and the acceleration value without A / D conversion. Under certain conditions, the measurement accuracy can reach 10 ~ (-3) (referring to the relative error of the system), the resolution of linear motion can reach 10 ~ (-6) m, and the precision of the circumference motion can be higher than 10 ~ (- 4) radian, the object of measurement also has a wider adaptability, is suitable for high-precision, high-resolution measurement method used.
