冶金管理现代化学会于1990年11月13日至17日在湖南衡阳召开了冶金企业基层管理第三次学术讨论会。参加会议的有来自全国30个冶金企业的60名基层工作者和企业管理工作者。冶金管理现代化学会秘书长柳克勋同志和基层管理学术委员会主任委员黄成周同志主持了会议并作了发言。会议邀请衡阳钢管厂厂长殷文忠同志介绍了加强企业管理的心得体会,并参观了该厂现场。所以,这次会议在一定意义上说也是一次现场会议。
Metallurgical Society of Modern Management in November 13, 1990 to November 17 in Hengyang, Hunan Metallurgical held the third seminar grassroots management seminars. There were 60 grassroots workers and business management workers from 30 metallurgical enterprises in the country. Comrade Huang Chengzhou, secretary-general of the Society for Metallurgical Management Modernization, and Comrade Huang Chengzhou, chairman of the academic committee for grassroots management, presided over the meeting and made speeches. The meeting invites Hengyang Steel Tube Plant Manager Comrade Yin Wengzhong introduced the experience of strengthening business management experience, and visited the site of the plant. Therefore, this meeting is also a live meeting in a certain sense.
